Registration Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy:
IDEA accepts American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, checks, and school purchase orders (PO). If paying by PO, please email a copy of the purchase order to info@ideaillinois.org. The PO must include the following information:
- Purchase order number
- Invoice number(s) and/or all registrant names
- Dollar amount for each item
- A total amount for the purchase order
- An email or address where invoices can be sent for payment
- Contact information for an accounts payable contact
Please note: A purchase order is not a final payment. Checks should should include the invoice or PO number and be mailed to:

Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of this event, all registrations are final and no refunds will be given.
