Registration Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy:
IDEA accepts American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, checks, and school purchase orders (PO). If paying by PO, please email a copy of the purchase order to info@ideaillinois.org. The PO must include the following information:
- Purchase order number
- Invoice number(s) and/or all registrant names
- Dollar amount for each item
- A total amount for the purchase order
- An email or address where invoices can be sent for payment
- Contact information for an accounts payable contact
Please note: A purchase order is not a final payment. Checks should should include the invoice or PO number and be mailed to:

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing by sending an email to info@ideaillinois.org. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after the event has taken place. If you registered with a purchase order, your purchase order will be charged the cancellation fee.
- Cancellations received prior to January 15 will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations received between January 15 and February 20 will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations received after February 20 will not receive a refund.
